Deposits 

All deposits are fully refundable should you need to cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice. All deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity, sk:n reserves the right to redeem the deposit. All deposits that are eligible for a refund, should they be cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, will be returned to the client within 48 hours.

Suitability for treatment

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, prior to any treatment being carried out.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they provide sk:n with relevant medical history and medication details prior to each treatment.
We cannot treat any clients who are under 18, pregnant or breast-feeding.

The consultation

Careful client selection is crucial to managing expectations and providing a positive client experience. At emily paige you can expect to have an in-depth consultation covering a detailed medical history (including any medication or alternative therapies), the presenting condition of the skin, suitability of the hair for treatment, benefits, risks and potential side effects before you are given an expected treatment outcome that we are willing to stand behind. Clients will be assessed for suitability, and likelihood that Results for Life will be effective. Prior to starting treatment, clients will always be given a patch test to ensure they start on the best and correct settings for their skin type
